We headed down to the section the control room said the problem was, again avoiding the citizenry lest we infect them. Making our way into the innards of the city, we scoured around for the problem. At one point, I noticed a creature in the water, but I quickly felled it with an arrow. Good thing too, because we suspected it may have been getting ready to warn a couple of creepy acolytes worshiping at a hidden altar. As such, we made short work of them. As we continued to wander around, the weird random occurrences we'd been seeing, like cold breath and blood freezing into jewels that clattered onto the floor, made us realize we were in some sort of wyld pocket or facing fey. Sure enough, we encountered the weird creatures and felled them. We eventually found the pump room, and found a giant hearthstone that had slipped out of its anchors and was bleeding motes everywhere. Luckily, Isha figured out the problem and was able to safely reset the stone back into its sconce. With that done, the city finally surfaced. Leviathan said he would start making his way towards the Imperial isle whilst we took care of our remaining business. The city would remain submerged offshore, and hen the time came, he would join in the great battle ahead.
