The deathlord in control of Thorns. Has [[exalted:abyssals:pvow|Piercing Voice of Winter]] in his employ.

Thorns was recently devastated by the Empress's use of the realm defenses. His foothold in creation is no longer. The status of the Mask of Winters himself is currently unknown, but suspicions are that he is re-consolidating what power he has left in the Underworld.
