A tawny wood aspect, Belak is a youthful looking survivor of disastrous Nellen's play for the throne 15 years ago.  He wears his 120 years lightly -- appearing not much older than a patrician of 30 or 35 years -- with a quick smile and piercing yellow eyes.  A graduate of the [[exalted:locations:heptagram|Heptagram]], he is an experienced sorcerer and comfortable with his daiklaive.
