A city in the [[farne:actors:thalian_duchal_families|Duchy of Pal'parntha]] in [[farne:locations:Upper Thalia]], home to about 100-200 thousand people. Currently occupied by the new "[[farne:events:drithendaar_32nd_4377|regime]]" of [[farne:locations:Upper Thalia]] and like the rest of the Duchy, no longer under direct control of [[farne:actors:elina parnth|Duchess Elina Parnth]].
