Jorge, no last name given, contacted the protagonists in order to form them into a band tasked to retrieve some greek artifacts in Afghanistan. Speculation among group members is that (1) he is Atzlanti due to jaguar-themed clothing and (2) he may have been the one who broke the protagonists out of the compound in the north georgia mountains.
