====== Entry 14: Cut Off the Jawa to Spite the Malevius ======

We interrogated the Trandoshan while the protocol droid patched up Turret and the astromech droid reassembled our one remaining heavy assault droid. The Trandoshan gave us some coordinates that equated to a desert planet. We jumped in and followed the trail of microdroid detritus to the approximate entrance of Malevius's lair. I had my droids drop us off and leave the system for 6 hours then return to get us. If we didn't contact them at that time then they were instructed to fly to Nebulous and await instructions.

We took the last assault droid with us and trodded to a cave-like area. A door sat embedded into the cliff face and I hacked it to open it. In we snuck. We could see the hallway open up into a wide hangar-like area ahead where Malevius's ship sat... falling almost completely to pieces. Radiation leaking everywhere. We left the assault droid in the hallway and crept forward to take a peek and see where we might find people hiding. Aside from a gazillion maintenance droids buzzing around the ship, we saw two doors. We chose the northerly door.

We snuck across the room and the maintenance droids paid us no heed. We crept to the northern door and opened it and... 5 dark acolytes turned to look at us, surprised. We sprung to immediate action and a melee/battle broke out.

I got the drop on everyone and rolled in and fired at the farthest in the back. And then everyone else exploded around me with force powers and light sabers and all sorts of crazy shit. I nailed dude in the back so bad he hunkered down so I turned on someone else while Turret ran in to fry him with his flame thrower.

Savn cut down a dude and then two others were on him, so I came back out into the hangar and went after one of the dudes on Savn. The assault droid hurried over and started shooting at everyone. I took out the one I was on while another started hassling me. And then, of course, Jawa apprentice showed up. I heard Savn take the time to yell, "I knew it!"

As I turn to attack the guy who followed me out, the Jawa, of course, starts attacking me. He seemed to have some kind of uberjump powers. Seemed that nowhere I went could he not reach me. Annoying. I got slashed with one of his two light sabers a couple of times, damn that hurt. Time to take another approach. I sliced some of the maintenance droids to hopefully give me a little more mobility. Savn was wagging on Spite, had hit him a few times at this point, so Spite gave me a break just as I jumped on a pair of droids by jumping across the entire hangar to get out of Savn's aggro range. Now, he busied himself finishing off our heavy assault droid pal.

Turret took care of another dude apparently when I heard an explosion ring out behind me. I had the maintenance droids fly me back to the door of the room while Savn went to engage Spite, who'd just finished off the droid. I used the maintenance droids I had hacked to hack into a third and sent it to do a hard interface into the ship. Once I hacked into the ship, I opened all internal doors to flood the entire ship with radiation just in case Malevius was on the ship. Then I opened the com link and made an announcement mocking Malevius's conceited announcements on the Rakata ship. "You have no chance, surrender now, heh heh heh."

And as I spoke I slung my blaster out of my holster, aimed it at Spite and fired a shot off at him, sending him flying a few yards. He landed on the floor, unmoving.

I told the boys to gather up what light sabers were laying on the ground. I was going to hold on to one of them, probably one of Spite's, just in case. Seemed like a good way to get someone out of my face if they decided to get all up in my grill. Savn had showed me his light saber a little prior to this (heh heh heh), so I knew the basics. 

All joking aside, now it was time to prepare, much as we could, to face Malevius.
