Starting at game 19, Pauline can go a number of ways after the next downtime:
* Physician Level 2 (requires 1500 XP to complete minimum)
* Apothecary Level 1 (requires 500 XP to complete minimum)
* Artisan Level 1 (requires 300 XP to complete minimum)
Completing Physician Level 2 will take care of many of the requirements/pre-reqs for:
* Apothecary Level 2 (will require 675 XP to complete minimum with this pre-req)
* Artisan Level 2 (will require 385 XP to complete minimum pre-req)
