Must be holding it to use the following:
- First Command Word to shed bright light in 30' radius and dim light for an additional 30'
  - Does not expend a charge
  - Lasts until you use a bonus action to say the word again or until you use another function of the item
- Second Command Word:
  - Expends 1 charge
  - Fires a brilliant beam at one creature up to 60' from you
  - DC 15 Con Save or be blinded for 1 minute
  - Creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turn
  - Success ends the effect
- Third Command Word:
  - Expends 5 charges
  - 30' Cone originating from it
  - Each Creature in the cone must make a Con 15 saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute
  - Each creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turn
  - Success ends the effect
