This young 16 year old is son of a baronet, whose elder brother has already been set up to inherit their family's offerings. Percy is a bit shy, but seems to have lots of friends and an eager-to-please personality. He's occasionally teased by some of his peers for being so small in stature and appearing a fair bit younger than he actually is, but it doesn't seem to bother him at all; his good-natured personality takes it all in stride.

He is to be entering the university soon in order to pick up a trade by which he can make his way in the world in the future. His friends have recently encouraged him to attend a Box Social event in order to perhaps get him over some of his shyness and to meet some chicks.
