Be it known that the council is interested in establishing a trading outpost in Stormy Bay west of the city, once the location of the village of Ravenglass. A generous reward is offered to any individual or group who travels to the ruins of Ravenglass and investigates the odd goings-on reported to occur there. A commission may be obtained from the Chief Clerk.
