Since we had entered the underground cavern from the well, we decided to push on. We headed west, and immeadiatly ran into a large squad of goblins. Kethy's save us from a lot of pain with a well timed and placed conjured fog. AFter the melee concluded, we noticed that an archer had fled.
We turned south, but the next room had doorways to storerooms, with nothing but the most basic of goods. We tried our luck and headed east from there, but managed to disturb a large group of goblins eating in a dinning hall. Even with Logru and I blocking the hall to keep them from surrounding us, we were on the verge of dying. Najila however was able to take out most of them with a giant ball of fire, allowing us a moment to catch our breath and then finish the fight. We did find a spot of luck, with one of the storage rooms having a small cache of healing potions.
We distributed those out, and healed up best we could. After some discussion, we thought it best to head back to the well, rest, and then come back. So we headed north, and it brought us back to the room we entered the caverns at! Alas, we were met by a very large group, consisting of goblin rank and file, half-orc fighters, and a half-orc who was barking orders to all of them. Tyr knows if we're going to make it out of this alive, but I vow to give them a fight they won't soon forget!
