Biography:
A seemingly harmless, friendly old man, Doc is a wizened who employs himself as, well, a doctor. Making his money mostly off the criminal underworld, he patches up those people who would prefer not to go to a real hospital, lest they get the attention of the authorities. Doc's also been known to perform back alley abortions and surgeries involving organs obtained off the black market.
A member of the Autumn court, Doc's work puts him in a position to feed on the fears of his patients. Criminals on the run from the law or other criminals. Young girls who find themselves with child and don't know what to do. Or the dying, who desperately need a transplant, but for some reason are too low on the list. Despite Doc's cheery, amicable demeanor, his patients find themselves ill at ease around him. Whether its the creepy office where he does his work, or the way he subtly plays on their fears while talking in that friendly tone of his, Doc's patients can't help feel a little bit of dread when they come to him. Yet, they can't help but continue to utilize his services, because he's one of the best street docs in the Greater Atlanta area.
The back alley clinic where he does most of his work looks quite run down, further exacerbating the fears of his patients. However, it is actually well equipped, Doc getting a hold of broken or outdated medical equipment for cheap and using his seeming's contracts to get them in working condition until he can repair them himself.
Despite his small stature and benign appearance (of his mask, at least), Doc can be extremely dangerous when cornered and is quite adept with anything that carries an edge. In these situations, he can resemble the bad guy from a slasher flick.
