Casamir was Aileen's primary generalized task-man for her nefarious plot to get Bastian to come out of hiding, after Heidi presumably killed herself. It is unknown if he had any official position within Maxmimum Enterprises during that time. Casamir provided Aileen's AI with the vice of Wrath.
Casamir was one of the eight people to survive the demise of Aileen in 2000. Given his past life prior to Aileen, Cici went to some effort to convince Casamir to remain in the States and to pursue an occupation that didn't involve violence. Given the poor outcomes of his previous two violent occupations, he seemed amenable to such an idea although he was reluctant to give up his love for guns.
As a compromise, he made a jump into hollywood as a B-list action star, where he frequently gets to play with guns of varying types (even if unloaded). He currently lives in California.
In his spare time, Casamir performs various tasks for Joey's shady business, in exchange for some extra Benjamins. These tasks, of course, most probably involve some amount of danger and violence, which is why the two have kept this arrangement quiet from the redheaded sorceress.
Other hobbies of his include kick-boxing, kung-fu, reading all sorts of gun magazines and books (and websites), going down to the range (in the eastern US) to fire whatever interests him at the time, and reading books on electrical and mechanical engineering.
