Julian is a paladin in the service of Roger Law, the bishop of Atlanta. He occasionally works with the Invictus's Tyrell Nichols and the Ordo Dracul's Fi DeLorme.
While a Nosferatu, the circumstances of Julian's embrace greatly enhanced his appearance, granting him a model-like physique with piercing blue eyes. His curse manifests when he opens his mouth, twisting his words into an almost comical, overly formal manner of speaking.
Following the Brother of the Scion incident, Julian has managed to acquire a fairly sizeable amount of money. In addition, he has a pair of ghouls, Penelope and Mark Russell.
