Description

Notes	Jacy is of Chinese-American descent, and is an anal retentive, cautious, paranoid, delusional person that will mumble things about the Coalition State's Biomedical and Genetics research branch that make her sound crazy.
	Despite this, she is more than competent at what she does, which is to survive in the wild and stay as far away from Coalition folks as possible.
	She is slow to trust and constantly wary of others. Likely she will never fully trust anyone. She is evasive or straight-up tight-lipped when it comes to answering questions about her past or where she came from.
	She wears face-covering 99% of the time, camo face-paint around her eyes, and keeps far away from anyone she doesn't know. She will never be the face of any group.
