Be it known that the council wishes to re-establish relations with the wild Northmen inhabiting the region known as the Ride, once valuable trading partners to Phlan of old. A reward is offered to any rugged adventuring group willing to escort a merchant caravan transporting the council's envoy to the village of Drinidok. Interested parties should apply to the Chief Clerk for a commission.
