Be it known that the council is interested in reclaiming the region of the Old City now known as the Slums District. To reclaim said district, the blocks must be cleared of all major concentrations of monsters, vermin, and other uncivilized inhabitants. To this end the council is offering a reward to any person or group who is responsible for clearing any block of the Slums District. Interested parties are encouraged to see the city's Master Scout, contactable at the City Jail, for the latest information concerning possible monster lair locations.
