Scholars find 9 more children who can produce miracles through repitition of phrases. Some children are able to extinguish fire, others able to produce or destroy water.

Scholars theorize that the children who can produce miracles are tapping into fundamental forces of nature. Arcanis Dawnthistle posits that the incantations can be rearranged in such a way so as to create a desired effect.
