The madness of the Igniter and his devotion to fire are the only things that Dark finds valuable. He is another buffer and member of Dark's new band of minions.
The Dodger is perhaps the most clever of the street urchins that Dark has brought under his command. He is slowly building up his skills for the little time that he has. His hunger for mischief almost matches that of Dark himself.
Boner is on the opposite side of the spectrum when it comes to skills. He is the most incompetant member of Dark's Street Army. No one can fathom why Dark even keeps the child around. Perhaps it is merely for entertainment's sake.
